You can track your order here—just enter your order number. You can also enter your tracking number at USPS.com to track the delivery status of your package.

Orders placed before 1 pm EST Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped out on the same day—guaranteed! Orders placed after 1 pm or on a weekend may still go out same-day but are guaranteed to ship by the next business day.

We ship all orders via USPS. Our current shipping methods are:

  • Standard Shipping: USPS First Class Retail™ or Retail Ground® (2-8 days
    depending on package weight and delivery address.)
  • Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail® (1-3 days depending on delivery
    address.)
  • Overnight Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express® (Next day delivery. Must place
    an order before 1 pm to guarantee next day service.)

We accept all debit and credit Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and payments submitted through PayPal. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards.

We apologize but once an order has been placed, we are not able to cancel or modify it in any way. Please be sure to check your order for accuracy before submitting your order.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will replace any items damaged during shipping or that were incorrectly shipped at no cost to you. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all unopened cosmetic products.

We stand behind the value of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product after using it, we accept returns on opened merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on any return; excluding damaged or incorrectly shipped products. Please contact us to receive an RMA number and arrange the return of your purchase.

You will receive an email confirming delivery of the E-Gift Card to the designated email address.

Yes, simply designate the E-Gift Card to deliver to your email address with same-day delivery. Once you receive the emailed certificate, you will be able to print it from your inbox.

We currently only provide electronic delivery of E-Gift Cards to a designated Email address.

E-Gift Cards are sent via email on the delivery date of your choice. For same-day delivery requests, most E-Gift Cards are sent within an hour of receiving your order. For future delivery requests, the E-Gift Card will be sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date.
