Shipping Methods and Delivery Disclaimers

Pretty Gunpowder currently ships all orders via USPS to all 50 States (including Washington, D.C.), APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, and U.S. Territories.

Shipping times can vary based on delivery location—deliveries to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have extended delivery times compared to what is listed below. Delivery times may also vary based on when the order was completed. All orders made before 1 pm EST Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped out on the same day—guaranteed! Orders placed after 1 pm or on a weekend may still go out same-day but are guaranteed to ship by the next business day.

Please note that delivery times may also be influenced by weekends and holidays. Peak shipping times(like Christmas) may delay packages and on weekends and select recognized holidays, USPS may be closed and will not make deliveries until the next open business day.

Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location and level of shipping method selected. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: USPS First Class Retail™ or Retail Ground® (2-8 days depending on package weight and delivery address.)
  • Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail® (1-3 days depending on delivery address.)
  • Overnight Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express® (Next day delivery. Must place order before
    1pm Mon-Fri to guarantee next business day service.)

RETURNS

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will replace any items damaged during shipping or that were incorrectly shipped at no cost to you.

Unopened Merchandise

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all unopened cosmetic products.

Opened Merchandise

We stand behind the value of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product after using it, we accept returns on open merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on any return; excluding damaged or incorrectly shipped products. Please contact us to receive an RMA number and arrange the return of your purchase.
